Balcony

My husabnad wants to put a balcony off of the bedroom window and I just don't know about it but he also wants a deck out back and there is just no place to put a deck off of the back of the house with the way the house is set up with the windows and rooms and everything - it just wouldn't work and I don't want one anyway.
