Yankee Candle

So I was so excite to get one of my yankee candle tart warmer and it was packaged really really good however, it was all dirty and broken - I was so disappointed . I called customer service and they were really really nice but it was gross and I know when I bring it back they will give me a hard time but it is like crap and a piece of junk!
