Trash

Why do people just through their trash out of the window - I just find that to be so incredibly rude - that I just not right. Do they really not care that much that they will just through all of he rash and diaperson the ground. That is just so wrong and just completely and totally digusting if you ask me - I mean really just wait for the trash can
