Itches

My arm really itches and it is just going to drive me up the wall - i just can not stand it right noand I have taken benedryl and I have also put some benedryl on it too but I just can not seem to get it to stop itching i t is just driving me crazy and I just need some relief maybe I should acutally take a bath in backing soda
